The Rotating Cutting Mat has a 360° rotation, on a sealed ball bearing base. Components are assembled here in Australia. The self healing 15” diameter makes this mat the best way to cut out templates. On-sell with a 28mm rotary cutter (the smaller size is safer and easier to use).
